About the hour variation (My day ends at 11pm/1am for some reason)

In some locations the app can have a variation of one hour depending on the winter or summer time.

Also if you travel to another continent the variations of the time can be longer.

But don’t worry, it’s not important for the program. 

The most important thing for the program is not the time that the day changes, but that your lapses are 24 hours regular.

If you travel from Asia to America and if we based the day change on the hour of your phone,  you can have a bigger day than 24 hours or the other way around a super short day. And that would unbalance your program. We measure 24 hour lapses from the beginning to the end of your program regardless of the time and schedule changes.

The app still measures 24 hrs lapses it does not matter if it’s from 0:00 to 0:00 or 23:00 to 23:00.  

Cigarettes after that time will be automatically compensated the next day because those of the next day at the same time will count for the next one and so on. 

And this is how it should work. So don’t worry for that.

Phase 1 seems too gentle or too hard for me

I forgot to register a cigarette. What can I do?

At first it's normal to forget a few, but after a while it becomes customary.

So don't worry, stick with your program and try to remember to register all of them from now on.

Activate notifications in settings to have more control of when you can smoke.

Can I register cigarettes before the time is up?

The point of the program is that you don't smoke ahead of time. We do not give that option to the user with the intention to not facilitate to the user to broke the program.

If for any special issue at any time you have to break the program a bit, don't worry. Just try to pick it up as soon as possible.

Of course, the more faithful you are to the program, your statistics will be more accurate.

Remember that you can repeat the phases as many times as you need until your body gets used to that amount of cigarettes, each week the application will ask you if you want to advance or stay in the same phase. If you are not ready to move on, repeat the same phase.

I broke the program for one night or one weekend, what should I do?

Flexibility. Being consistent is better than being extreme.

You are your own judge and your own teacher in this program. We personally believe more in flexibility than rigidity.

If for any special issue at any time you interrupt the program for one night or even a few days, don't worry. It is a matter of retaking it the next day.

You can reaffirm the phase in which you are one more week to stabilize yourself.

Of course, the more faithful you are to the program, your statistics will be more accurate.

But picking up is always better than losing your progress and your path.

Is it possible to accelerate the program?

The fastest way it’s to advance phase each week. But that should depend on how are you feeling.

We would advice; enjoy the Phases that feels easy.

How many phases / weeks will it take in total to quit smoking?

The number of phases are personalized depending on how much you smoke.

The number of weeks are different for every user. Some users advance phase every week, others decide to stay in the same phase for more time, that it’s up to you, the app will ask you each week if you want to advance phase or stay in the same one. 

On average how much time a program can last?

For a person that smokes 20 cigarettes a day, the program can last around 15 weeks. For someone who smokes 40, around 19 weeks.

It also depends on how much the user needs to reaffirm phases.

I am in the last phases of the program and I have had a little anxiety / I have felt a little sad.

If in any part of the program you do not feel well, have anxiety or depression, seek professional help. A psychiatrist can analyze your particular case and prescribe something to regulate you and make you feel perfectly fine.

Can I restart the program from scratch?

To protect your data, the only way to start the program from scratch is by deleting the app data.

All your data will be erased and you will return to the questionnaire from scratch to create a new personalized program with the new data.

To do this: Open the Settings application on your device, then go to Apps menu. Choose Downloaded Applications and find alive. Select it, move to the Storage Tab and tap Clear Storage/ Clear App Data / Clear Cache...

Open the app again

When you get to the purchase screen, touch the restore purchase button to synchronize your subscription or access for life.
